Thompson Ditching has proudly been serving Central Alberta for over 36 years. Frank Thompson started the company installing septic systems for local farms. Steve Thompson took over the business in 1981.  Thompson Ditching is a family owned business based out of Lacombe, Alberta.

Our company specializes in excavation, site preparation, aggregate placement, water and sewer installation, demolition and site reclamation, basement excavation, transportation of aggregate, and retaining wall construction for both residential and commercial projects. Our company prides itself on providing a safe and professional service.

Thompson Ditching is a member of the Alberta Onsite Wastewater Management Association (AOWMA) and Alberta Construction Safety Association (ACSA). Our installers are certified for private sewage design and install through Alberta Municipal Affairs and are standing members of the AOWMA.
